It's called - perhaps unsurprisingly - the BallBag mask and it's going to turn both heads and stomachs as you wander down the street wearing one.
However, despite what you might think, the creator has found himself overwhelmed with orders from people wanting to grab his testicle face coverings.
They've been made by a dude called Will - though he goes by Billy - from Blackpool, and he is aiming to protect people from airborne germs as well as bringing a bit of much needed levity to the world in these wretched times.
Of course, the first thing that you'll notice is that the masks are incredibly realistic. They've been made from silicone that is safe for your skin, and can be modified to match your own individual skin tone.
Product designer Billy has already sold out of the first batch of b*****k masks, but he's already working flat out to make sure that others are available to those who want them.
He got the idea after using his prosthetic and make-up skills to make a pair of dangly testicles for a friend's stag do.
His mates were so impressed that he decided that he could turn his anatomical experiment into a potentially lucrative side hustle.
Billy said: "I recently organised my best mate's stag do, which was a massive success,
"I didn't want to dress him up in the traditional 'dress/morph suit/dildo' so I decided to attempt to make him a pair of Bad Grandpa-inspired dangly testicles.
"I have had experience with makeup and creating prosthetics in the past and after a couple of attempts I managed to make a very convincing pair."
Yes, it's certainly true that they are a very convincing set of balls.
However, if walking around with a pair of dangly bits hanging off your chin isn't for you, there are other options on the market such as keyrings, underwear, and more.
They've even got some lovely bits of pubic hair attached to them as well. Oh, and given that we might be a little light on Christmas cheer this year, they also come in the form of a 'Christmas C**k and Balls' that can be well hung from your festive tree.
Then there's the BallBag coin purse and testicle sack, which is great for whoever you've got in the Secret Santa this year.
If you fancy snapping up a BallBag mask, they're on sale for £24.99 ($33), but - be warned - they're selling out fast.
