The former UFC featherweight and double-lightweight champ was last in the ring early in July with Dustin Poirier, who he beat during their first fight together back in September 2014. He wasn't so lucky this time though; he broke his leg during the first round and has had to have surgery.
McGregor is estimated to be worth a whopping $200 million (£144,347,540) in 2021 - no wonder he can afford to have his own custom-made Lamborghini 'super car of the sea' yacht.
Celebrity Net Worth places his earnings from fighting in the $235 million mark (£170 million), with roughly $115 million (£83 million) in UFC earnings to date.
In April 2021, McGregor's whiskey brand Proper No.Twelve was reportedly sold for $600 million (£430 million). Proximo Spirits is now the majority stakeholder in the company.
The money was split between McGregor and the company's co-founders: his agent Audie Attar and their business partner Ken Austin.
McGregor might only be a small stakeholder now, but he continues to use his huge social media following to promote the brand and wants to see it continue to go from strength to strength.
"Proper Twelve is my baby for life!" McGregor said in a statement on his website at the time. "I'm only warming up the barrels here! What I have in store for you all will not only take Proper Twelve to the absolute pinnacle of Irish whiskey, but of all spirits!"
And it looks like he's got Justin Bieber involved...
