The Australian star of Bridesmaids and Grimsby has spent the entire year to date working out really hard and training to drop a few pounds, and has no doubt inspired a few of her followers to get a bit more active and take control of their health along the way.
She shared her delight at reaching the goal on her Instagram account on Sunday, writing: "Hit my goal weight with one month to spare!"
To be fair, it's November already and I feel as if I haven't even got out of bed yet. It's been that sort of year for many of us.
Not so much for Rebel Wilson, it would seem.
The star continued: "Even though it's not about a number, it's about being healthy, I needed to have a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75kgs."
Hey, getting healthy is as good a reason as any to exercise. Losing a bit of weight is just a happy coincidence, right?
Using the same platform, she also announced she'd be going live on Tuesday night at 6pm New York time - that's 11pm over here in the UK - to share some important news with her fans and thank them heartily for all the support they've given her on her journey this year.
Who knows what that will be, but tune in if you'd like to find out. It's likely to be some tips and tricks that she's picked up along the way this year.
Throughout this journey, Wilson has been offering words of advice and encouragement to those who want to get out and make a bit of a change in themselves.
Just a few weeks ago on 17 November, she said: "We all have tough days but take a beat, take a nap and then get back out there and continue to crush."
The 40-year-old has also been sharing a number of snaps from her fitness journey that have been well received by fans.
Under one particular one, someone wrote: "You look fabulous! All your hard work has paid off."
Another said: "Sweet baby Jesus!!! You look amazing."
Fair play, this is a whole load more proactive than most of us have been during this wretched year.
