Unless you've been living under a rock you will almost certainly have seen or at least heard of Black Mirror's new choose-your-own adventure film, Bandersnatch.
The interactive movie dropped on Netflix last month and since then viewers have been losing their minds over what it all means.

From the creators of sci-fi drama series, Black Mirror, this stand-alone feature allows audiences to determine how the plot unfolds - or does it?
It's the story of a young programmer called Stefan (played by Fionn Whitehead of Dunkirk) who plans to turn a multiple-choice book into a computer game.
Pretty soon, we learn that the author of the original book was drove to murdering his wife. So things aren't set to be smooth running for Stefan.
In essence viewers are given a bunch of options throughout, from what cereal to eat and what music to listen to how the main character reacts to certain situations, with each decision, to greater or lesser extent, determining how the film with play out.

A viewing can last anywhere from 40 minutes to more than two hours.
According to the people at Netflix there are officially five definitive endings, however nothing is quite that straightforward in creator Charlie Brooker's world.
Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, the film's director Richard Slade revealed that there are some endings viewers will never find - even he can't.

He said: "There are scenes that some people just will never see and we had to make sure that we were OK with that.
"We actually shot a scene that we can't access."

And Brooker went on to admit that even he doesn't know how many endings there really are.
He said: "I don't know how many endings there actually are - I think I've forgotten.
"There were quite heated debates about what constitutes an 'ending'. There's a school of thought that says any time it stops and you go back, that's an ending. In Bandersnatch, there are endings that are really abrupt that are still endings, in my mind."
One of Brooker's producing partners, Annabelle Jones, went on to point out in the interview that things may be even more confusing that we thought.

She said: "In a world of parallel realities, maybe there is no ending?"
Well, that's just great.
And since the movie was released on the streaming service, fans have been trying to decode the whole thing. One Reddit user even tried to map out every possible route to take.
But what is the point? Maybe we just need to accept that there are some things in life we will never fully understand, and Black Mirror is one of those things.
