Well, while you probably thought Milijana and Milojko's 53-year age gap was a twist in itself, lately things have been getting even more complicated.
Young Milijana - who married Milojko earlier this year - has allegedly been cheating on him with another OAP on reality TV, with reports saying she fooled around with the other man as her new husband slept next to them.
In photos taken from the show, Milijana can be seen kissing 60-year-old Nemanja Stamatovic Zabac and sitting on his lap, while others show the two lounging in bed together.
According to local media reports, she had sex with Nemanja - who local media say previously served a 10-year prison sentence - even though her husband was asleep nearby.
The plot thickens more yet, as the incident comes just weeks after Milijana was snapped naked in bed with another older man.

The third man, who is unnamed, is reportedly older than hubby Milojko and even attended their highly-publicised wedding.
He is also said to be married with children, although Milijana denies having a fling with him.
Milijana said: "The person who posted those photos will be sued. They are selfies I took and I know who I sent the pictures to, and I know who posted them.
"I have seen this man a couple of times, but I have not been in a relationship with him."

Oh, and in the previous season of Parovi, Milijana also confessed that she had oral sex with 35-year-old married contestant Aleksandar Pozgaj after Milojko was eliminated.
At the time, she said: "We were intimate. We didn't have full sex, I satisfied him orally and he did the same for me. There was also touching and cuddling."
While Milojoko forgave his partner then, this time he's not quite so convinced and refuses to take Milijana's insistence that it is all just a game.
He said: "If you set it like this, our conflict will continue after the reality show."
He later added: "She's playing me and is making a fool out of me. This is not a game this is real! Miliana is playing both of us."

Earlier this year, the couple announced they'd be getting married in a registry office on 7 September, after their local church told them it would not marry couples with an age gap of more than 15 years.
Smitten Milojko - who has three kids aged 40, 35 and 30, and two grandchildren aged 13 and 11 - said: "I was attracted to her kindness and beauty. Who doesn't like younger? It's more sexy of course, kissing and everything else.
"I've known her since she was little, but I hadn't thought of anything like that. When she was growing up, we spent time together but nothing more."
