YouTube stars Woody and Kleiny are spending a significant portion of their mammoth road trip across the US with their legs crossed because of a bizarre rule.

The content creators have gone across the pond to follow football’s biggest tournament in aid of Prostate Cancer UK, which is a cause that is close to their hearts.

The duo have taken their millions of fans along for the ride with them too - as they are live streaming their 15,000 mile journey on Kick 24/7, so you can soak up every single minute of their trip across the States.

Woody and Kleiny - whose real names are Paul Wood and Paul Klein - are heading to 27 cities in 19 different states for their aptly named 'In A State Tour'.

Their eccentric idea to raise awareness of prostate cancer by heading on the road for 39-days while streaming round-the-clock nicely coincided with the 2026 World Cup, so the lads thought 'there's no better time to do it'.

After setting off from San Jose, California, on 11 June, they have been enjoying the beautiful game, meeting fans and taking part in wacky challenges along the way.

As well as this, Woody and Kleiny have had a ridiculously successful debut in the streaming world after conquering YouTube and acquiring a whopping 15.8 million subscribers over the last decade, as the pair have drawn in huge numbers each and every day.

"We've always wanted to do something like this, and with the biggest football tournament in the world coming up, there was no better time to do it," Kleiny told LADbible.

"We wanted to make it a 24/7 live stream, but we wanted it to be more than just football and following it. We wanted there to be a good cause behind it, and prostate cancer is something close to us."

Woody and Kleiny have seen firsthand just how difficult receiving this diagnosis can be, as the father of their close pal and creative director Darryl was previously on the receiving end of this daunting news.

Darryn's story of survival has 'become the emotional heartbeat of the tour', the lads said, and he's been blown away by the support he's been receiving from fans tuning into the 'In A State Tour' stream.

Darryl said it only sunk in for his dad that he had become the honorary mascot for the World Cup road trip around two days before they departed, and the 56-year-old is 'over the moon' with how it has been going so far.

The mission behind the 'In A State Tour'

"He's seeing the challenges we've been doing, raising money, seeing the donations and even just the love in the chat day-to-day," Darryl said. "He's always texting me asking, 'Is there any reactions today?'

"He's over the moon to be honest. It's been really refreshing for him and has given him a lift, which has been beautiful."

Like a lot of blokes, Darryn struggled to open up about being diagnosed with 'advanced' prostate cancer which had 'spread'. Thankfully, he's now back on the mend after receiving treatment.

Realising that tons of men find this topic difficult to talk about, Woody and Kleiny want to dispel the stigma surrounding this form of the disease with their fundraising efforts.

The pair pointed out that 'very brave' public figures like Jeremy Clarkson speaking about their battles with prostate cancer are helping the cause too.

"In the UK, it's the biggest cancer that is not nationally screened - and that needs to change," Woody told LADbible. "And the way you make change is talking about these things and raising awareness of it."

Kleiny then chimed in: "Every 45 minutes, which is a half of a football match, someone dies from prostate cancer. It's mental when you think about it like that, right? It's scary.

"The stigma behind it, which we've been speaking about during this tour, is that most men think it's a finger up the bum when you want to get when you want to get a test.

"But it can just start with a simple blood test - I think a lot of men are scared to you know potentially go, because they're like, 'I don't want to get a finger up the bum!'"

Woody went on: "It all starts with a test behind doors. You can be in a position where you're not getting symptoms. We can speak about this on a livestream, on social media, then more men might go, 'Actually, I'm not scared to go and get checked'."

The dynamic duo, who boast nearly 16 million subscribers on YouTube, are swanning about the States in style on a massive bus which is kitted out with all the amenities they might need.

Why Woody and Kleiny are risking a $200 fine

However, the lads explained there is one drawback to it - they are forbidden from dropping a deuce in the bathroom, so there's a lot of clenching going on as they travel from place to place.

"We're just trying to soak it all up, but it is tough," Kleiny said of the constant streaming and spending 24/7 on a bus full of blokes."We're getting like two to three hours sleep a night, we're on a bus, there's no showers.

"You can't s**t on the bus - it's a $200 (£149.55) fine, it's actually in the contract with the bus company.

"So we're hitting all the truck stations to shower and s**t and all that type of stuff. But it's part of the experience right? If we're going to road trip, we're going to do it properly."

Although their well known for saying 'stick it in that old thing', these two won't be sticking anything down the toilet of their home away from home.

Woody added: "What really helps is the community we are building through the stream, it's unbelievable. We've got all these guys who are supporting us and it does really help.

"It's amazing when you're doing your day-to-day things and you read everyone's comments. The energy that gives you to keep going - I mean, even when we're tired, we're not complaining. No complaints this end."

Despite the toilet being out of action when it comes to number twos, the hospitality shown by their bus driver Steve has cushioned the blow.

"He's become part of our family," Kleiny said. "He's been so incredible - we're pretty wacky with what we do and very spontaneous and there's never any complaints with him.

"He's just been the most incredible person and I think he's made this trip so much easier for us. We want him to enjoy it as much as us."

Their jam-packed days have 'sort of rolled into one' at this stage of the game, but the 'In A State Tour' team are loving every single minute and mile.

Woody and Kleiny said they've been wowed by the 'love and unity' they have seen on display in the US among footie fans, while they said England supporters have been putting on an 'incredible' show on our behalf.

The YouTuber's thanked their supporters for helping them hit £42,974 of their £50K fundraising target for prostate cancer - and if you want to get involved, you can check out their GoFundMe page here.
