An adult star who claims to have 'slept with 4,000 women' has appeared on ITV's This Morning today to discuss the lesser known elements of his industry.
Miles Long - which, let's just assume, isn't his real name - has more than two decades of experience in the business, and had a good few industry secrets to spill to Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield earlier today.
He explained how he wasn't always the confident performer and person that his chosen profession might suggest, and struggled with the ladies when he was a bit younger.
Miles said: "When I grew up, I was the shy nerdy kid with the bad haircut.
"My parents came from humble beginnings, I wasn't very good at meeting women."
He seems to have gotten over that, at least.
Despite obviously being happy in his work on the whole, there are some elements of the industry that clearly don't sit right with Miles.
For example, the lengths that people go to - pun completely intended - in order to keep themselves up for the job.
Miles said: "When I started out there weren't the aids like there are now, which is why you saw the same 20 guys in every adult film - because it was a hard job - no pun intended.
"It's a very unique skill set being able to get hard, stay hard, and orgasm on cue, as well as trying to do it with a bunch of people standing around watching you.
"I've never had to take medication to help with erections but I've heard horror stories where the male talent has taken an injection and experienced priapism (prolonged erection) after or had an erection lasting more than four hours.
"To get rid of the erection they had to go to hospital and have the blood drained out of their penis.
"A bleeding member is not what you want if you're a porn star - or any man really - and means months off work to heal.
"Also, stay away from injections. They can really mess up normal erection issues; your body is not your own anymore and you could end up having to rely on using them to get hard."
He's quite right. That is something that no-one wants.

Fortunately, Miles added: "I've always done my erection the old-fashioned way."
He also revealed that it can be hard to find love outside the industry, and explained why he only dates people within the adult movie world.
Miles explained: "I don't date outside our industry.
"For one thing, it's very comforting knowing that the person you are with is completely STD-free because we're so rigorously tested.
"If you wanted, you could look back on 10 years of her results.
"But it also cuts out the jealousy that can happen if you date someone who doesn't work in porn.
"It's a hard job to be supportive of - I completely get it - but it's still a job at the end of the day.
"'Normal' partners can also find it intimidating to think about how many women I've slept with. For instance, I stopped counting after I hit 1,000 and that was very, very early in my career.
"Now, after this many years in the business, that number is well in excess of 4,000. And that would be a conservative estimate!"

Miles also went on to describe the best experience he has ever had, and you might be surprised to learn that it was off camera.
It was a birthday present from all his female industry pals.
He said: "For my 50th birthday party all my gal friends got together and gave me a 'reverse gangb*ng' as my present.
"I can say that's definitely something every male should consider adding to their bucket list.
